**Outlet Sale Delivery & Returns Policy**

Please allow 7 working days for dispatch of Outlet sale items. We regret the UK returns are not free as standard with the purchase of any Outlet sale item(s) and return postage will need to be paid for by the customer. Items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 7 days after receipt. We can not accept any exchanges.

USA and Middle East

Standard - $10 | 5-8 days
Express - $21 | 2-4 days, signature required.

Please note that all taxes and duty that may be incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Wild & Gorgeous. Orders under $800 (USD) that are sent to the USA should not incur these fees.


Rest of World

Standard - $15 | 5-8 days
Express - $26 | 2-4 days, signature required.


United Kingdom

Over $120 - FREE | 1 - 4 days
Standard - $6 | 1 - 4 days
Express - $9 | Guaranteed next working day before 12pm*.

*Orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. If the order is placed on a Friday and Express delivery is chosen, the order will be delivered on Monday before 12pm.

Europe

Standard - $10 | 3-5 days
Express - $21 | 1-3 days, signature required.

These prices are based on delivery to Europe, Eire and Channel Islands.



RETURNS

Returns Process

Europe, USA and Rest of the World

An address label will be supplied on the Returns Form included in your parcel. Please note that international customers will be responsible for all postage costs when returning items.

Please send returned items via signed for and tracked delivery to:

United Kingdom - FREE

We are pleased to offer free returns within the UK only. A pre-paid Royal Mail label will be supplied on your Returns Form, stick this to the front of your parcel and drop it at your local post office. Please keep your Proof of Purchase certificate safe until your refund has been dealt with.

Policy

We are delighted to provide full refunds for all purchases (including sale items) returned within 28 days in a perfect, unworn condition with original garment tags, or for any item deemed to be faulty*. Our items are quality checked, however if you do receive a faulty item, please follow the standard returns process below or contact us so we can rectify this for you.

Refunds can take up to 5 days to process. If you have not received a credit memo via e-mail or if you notice the money has not be credited back into your bank account, then please call 0844 371 3301 and one of our sales team will look into this for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of reduced priced items or reimburse you for the difference after your order has been accepted.

Hairbows are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
