Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Reporting to: Finance Director
Location: Catterick, North Yorkshire
Hours: Part time 16 - 20 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience

The successful candidate will work as part of the Finance Team and will be responsible for, however not limited to: Ensuring all purchase invoices are authorised and posted
Matching of stock invoices and monthly GRNI Reconciliation
Preparation of weekly Supplier Payment Run Proposal
Processing of BACS and International payments
Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
Dealing proactively with queries
Other ad-hoc duties

Skills Required:
Previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger Function is essential
IT literate with good excel skills. Experience of Oracle/NetSuite is preferable but not essential. Training will be provided
Attention to detail
Good communication skills

Job Title: Design/Product Assistant
Location: Design Studio, London
Hours: Full time, Mon - Fri.

We are looking for a Design/Product Assistant who will work closely with both our creative and production teams.

In this role you will produce CAD drawings from initial sketches considering garment construction and cost implications, this will also include developing all over prints/embroideries/intarsia/sequin artwork. You will attend design meetings and gather relevant information in order to produce clear and concise design/tech packs together with the production team. This role also involves requesting, logging and managing lab dip/fabric/trim approvals.

Organisational skills are essential as you will also be responsible for the studio, ensuring it is well maintained as required. Duties include filing/archiving of submissions and updating the critical path where necessary. General office duties such as preparing for meetings, ordering the office stationary and photo shoot preparation are involved.

Ideally you’ll have a relevant fashion degree, at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, have strong communication skills and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Adobe Illustrator/Photo shop/In Design knowledge is essential.
