Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Reporting to: Finance Director
Location: Catterick, North Yorkshire
Hours: Part time 16 - 20 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience

The successful candidate will work as part of the Finance Team and will be responsible for, however not limited to: Ensuring all purchase invoices are authorised and posted
Matching of stock invoices and monthly GRNI Reconciliation
Preparation of weekly Supplier Payment Run Proposal
Processing of BACS and International payments
Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
Dealing proactively with queries
Other ad-hoc duties

Skills Required:
Previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger Function is essential
IT literate with good excel skills. Experience of Oracle/NetSuite is preferable but not essential. Training will be provided
Attention to detail
Good communication skills

Job Title: Production Manager
Reporting to: Creative Director
Location: London
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on qualifications and experience

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager for this hands-on role that we ideally require for an early September start. The ideal candidate will have experience in both the development and production of a premium childrenswear collection including knowledge of print and embroidery working mainly with fully factored factories and some CMT in Europe and the Far East.

Main responsibilities
Manage the production and development processes to ensure the product is delivered on time and in line with margin objectives.
Work closely with the Creative Directors to create a balanced range according to the vision and brand DNA. Range planning at the start of the season to determine SKUs.
Maintain and build strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure smooth running of the critical path.
Manage the critical path from sketch through to SMS, production launch and delivery. Ensure delays in any aspect are kept to a minimum.
Place all production orders, including wholesale orders.
Oversee fit meetings from a production, buying and fit perspective.
Manage costing, margins and cross cost with different factories where appropriate to achieve the best quality and price.
Review the season range, ensuring each category has sufficient amount of options to achieve maximum sales. Develop and present the seasonal range plan.
Manage the sampling process with the factories to ensure samples are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Manage the production budget and work closely with the accounts team.
Liaise with the design/tech team to ensure technical packs are correct before sending to factories.
Report on delivery, quality, cost and other issues both for sampling and production.
Manage the Garment Technologist and Design Assistant; ensuring the team is on track to achieve critical dates. Keep the team motivated and inspired towards brand awareness and development.

Essential Skills
Experience working as a Production Manager with at least 3 years experience at this level for a premium childrenswear brand. Please note childrenswear experience is not essential. This role would also suit a senior level production co-ordinator looking to move into a managerial role.
Experience working with factories based in India is preferable.
Experience in implementing collection, development and production processes.
Highly organised and competent IT skills, namely Microsoft excel.
Experience working with highly embellished garments, print and embroidery.
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Dedicated, hard working and an excellent team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in small hands on brand is an advantage.
